Includes heat activated adhesive on the back so it's ready to press once you receive it.
 
Heat press instructions:
Peel paper backing off patch and place. 
Cover with a cover sheet (Teflon, etc.)
Temperature: 300°
Press for 15-20 seconds. 
Pressure: Heavy
